CHRISILA MAIDA is an illustrator, designer, embroidery-thread-detangler, perpetual reader, and run-on writer. She’s based in her hometown of Brooklyn, NY, and is constantly inspired by its oddities.
She is currently a Designer at Simon & Schuster, working in the Little Simon and Spotlight children’s divisions, but is always seeking fun freelance opportunities in both illustration and design.
She graduated from Parsons School of Design with a dual-degree BFA in Illustration and BA in Writing.
